About Entrée Catering
Entreé Catering is passionately managed by hands-on South African owner Rozanne Preston. Having started her career in the late 90’s working in 5-star boutique hotels in Cape Town gaining intense experience in high pressured service environments, Rozanne soon realized her passion for top quality, fine food.
With her training in French Cordon Bleu completed at the internationally recognized Silwood School of Cookery, it was later working as a private chef in Majorca Spain that Rozanne’s sharpened her skills and acquired the European flair and style that she still infuses into her food today.
With a variety of catering experience gained in South Africa and Europe, as well as an innate business sense, Rozanne decided to start Entreé Catering back home in Cape Town in 2002 and today, the Entreé Catering team of chefs creates a sumptuous selection enjoyed by numerous happy clients.
